Why wouldn't I opt in for hiring a full time developer or designer?
Hiring a full-time designer can be expensive, often exceeding $100,000 annually, not including benefits. Additionally, you might not have consistent work to justify full-time employment. Our subscription model offers flexibility, allowing you to pay for design services only when needed.
How does the unlimited work? Can I request one hundred changes in a day?
We're unlimited requests, but we work on them one at a time and as mentioned directly below, it usually takes 1-3 business days to fulfill the designs or 24-72 hours.
How long does it take for me to get a design?
Our typical turn-around time for *most* tasks or designs is around 48-72 hours (business days). More complicated designs will probably take a bit longer though.
What is the cancelation policy?
You're welcome to pause or cancel any time.
How does the pausing work?
You can pause your subscription if you're low on design needs. Our billing is on a 31-day cycle, and unused days roll over for future use.
What is not included in the service?
Any complex designs that require heavy animations or heavy JS in the website is not included in the service.
